Civil War to Modern Troops

It is our good pleasure to offer these fine figures.  They include a variety of troops from the American Civil War,including examples of "regulars" and zouaves.  A nice set of Scottish troops has very animated poses, while our World War II figures are examples of classic "army men."  Look and see which army you prefer.

Before you buy:

1) These figures are sold "as is."  As much as we strive for perfection, small flaws are likely.  Figures may need sanding, buffing, or filling.

4)) Figures are pretty much as they come from the mold.  We trim away major pieces of flash, but the rest is up to you.

Civil War Bugler: a nice figure of a bugler, in kepi and "standard" uniform.  Can be painted as Union of Confederate. The bugle arm and rifle are separate pieces, so you need some CA or epoxy.  Figure comes with rifle and arm.  The rifle can be replaced by a standard.  If you replace the bugle arm with a "rifle shoulder arms" arm. you get an interesting walking pose.  This is a figure that has a lot of potential.

This figure could also be changed into a boer.

o Zouave: this fellow could be either the Brooklyn of Maryland Zouave unit.  He has great detail for the serious miniature painter.  Like the bugler and marcher, he also has arms that need to be attached.  And don't let the picture fool you,.  In person, his rifle is actually much more proportionate.   This is a fine figure that should be in every Civil war soldier collection.

With very little work, he can be converted to a French soldier of the Franco-Prussian War or North African campaigns.
